We Speak Methadone (and buprenorphine)

One of the options a patient has is to bring a complaint or grievance to the attention of the accrediting agency for their specific clinic.
Your clinic MUST post who accredits them in full view of all patients in the lobby and must disclose when asked who accredits them.
While CARF as of late has not been particularly patient friendly it is still imperative that we file these grievances with them.
