One of the options a patient has is to bring a complaint or grievance to the attention of the accrediting agency for their specific clinic.
Your clinic MUST post who accredits them in full view of all patients in the lobby and must disclose when asked who accredits them.
JCAHO accreditations are considered the gold-standard in OTP recovery based organizations.
